Regional Construction Manager

Home Properties generates excellent financial results through physical improvements to our apartment communities. Our Construction Managers oversee, coordinate, inspect, and monitor the progress of various capital improvement, construction, and engineering projects.  

Regional Marketing Manager

Home Properties is a great place to work and live, and if we could, we would shout it from the roof tops. However, shouting is usually not the most effective way to get a message out to the world. At Home Properties, we look to our Regional Marketing Managers to help find the best forms of communication to ensure future residents and employees know about all we have to offer at our communities. A Regional Marketing Manager works closely with Property Managers and Leasing Consultants to support their efforts to achieve resident occupancy and retention goals. The Regional Marketing Manager’s ability to identify & measure effective marketing sources, develop marketing & advertising materials, and drive business outreach activities, all have a direct impact on the success of our business.

Regional Performance and Development Manager

The role of our Regional Performance and Development Managers is to deliver quality training including new hire orientation and role-based training programs for community staff. In addition, they serve as a great resource for individual employees who may need individualized instruction to improve performance. Regional Property Manager

The Regional Property Manager serves as a leader and role model. This position is responsible for the overall financial performance of the communities within their regional portfolio. This is achieved by working closely with each Property Manager to oversee staff management, residential occupancy, budget management, and ensure the high standards for maintenance and customer service are met at each community.

Regional Systems Support Specialist

When we combine software technology with training, we get a Regional Systems Support Specialist. We know our employees need the right tools to do their job well and need to know how to effectively use those tools. A Regional Systems Support Specialist provides training and ongoing support in the use of property management software applications.

Regional Vice President

The Regional Vice Presidents are the regional leaders. Under their guidance, the Regional Property Managers provide oversight of the overall management of all properties within the region. Their goal is to ensure that every community is maintained at the high standards set by Home Properties, that fair and consistent employment and housing practices are followed, and the performance of each property is maximized to achieve or exceed budget goals.
