As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager in all phases of property operations, including staff management and development, leasing, oversight of contract workers and vendors, collections, resident relations, financial reporting,   and marketing activities. This is the foundational step into a rewarding managerial role as you assume more responsibilities for the Team.

Bookkeeper

Those with a passion for numbers may want to consider a Bookkeeper position. In this role, you work closely with the Property Manager to administer the financial activities for the community. Leasing Coordinator

Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is the face of Home Properties, and is often the first person to extend a warm welcome to a prospective resident. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select Home Properties as their home. A Leasing Consultant at Home Properties demonstrates expertise in consultative sales and customer service. In addition to showcasing our beautiful apartments, a Leasing Consultant will prepare lease documentation and coordinate the move-in process. We also rely on our Leasing Consultants to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service.

Property Manager

Our Property Managers play a vital role in the success of our communities. They exhibit superior customer service skills at all times. As a Property Manager, you are responsible for staff management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvement, financial reporting, budget preparation, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. This diverse role allows you to develop strong business leadership skills in management, leasing, and financial acumen.

Resident Services Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator works closely with the Service Team to help build positive relationships with current residents. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will submit residents’ service requests to the maintenance team and help resolve resident concerns by providing exceptional customer service. Experience in retail and hospitality provides a great foundation for this important role.
