MMHA Recognizes our Baltimore-area Communities

kitchen toolsOn October 13, 2016, the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) brought recognition once again to the Home Properties’ team and our Baltimore-area apartment communities. The 20th annual ceremony recognized outstanding apartment communities and professionals in Maryland.

Keisha Warrick, our Area Vice President for the Baltimore Region, received The Miki Wilson Shining Star Award. Howard Crossing Apartment Homes in Ellicott City, MD, was the recipient of a gold award in the Garden Communities category and a gold award for Stellar Service Team of the Year!

Morningside in Owings Mills, MD, and Middlebrooke Apartments and Townhomes in Westminster, MD, received silver awards in the Garden Communities category. Bonnie Ridge Apartments in Baltimore, MD, and Ridgeview at Wakefield Valley in Westminster, MD, achieved Star Certifications, indicating that they reached a 90% minimum of required judging criteria for the highest standards of apartment living excellence.
