Resident Application

To help insure a high quality of life at our apartment communities, we carefully screen potential residents. Home Properties adheres to all Federal, state and local Fair Housing laws and uses standard, non-discriminatory screening criteria, including, but not limited to:

1. Credit history
2. Income verification
3. Previous rental history

In most cases, potential residents will be required to complete a simple residency application and charged a nominal application fee. The signed application gives the community permission to verify the information contained within the application.
