As demonstrated above, the Project complies with all of the requirements of the CBD-R1 optional method of development. More specifically, the Project satisfies the requirements of the Project Plan and the Zoning Ordinance development standards governing the optional method of development within the CBD-R1 Zone. The Project also conforms to the Sector Plan recommendations as they relate to the specific recommendations for the redevelopment of Falkland North, as well as the overall objectives of the Sector Plan, including providing residential and retail uses within the Silver Spring CBD.
