Phase 1 will include demolition of all 182 existing garden apartments on the North Parcel and removal of excess dirt.
Phase 2 will include the construction of the storm water system, the underground parking garages, the retail areas, approximately 500 apartments located in the west side mid-rise and high-rise buildings, the community center, the entire public plaza, the internal courtyard and the cores and shells of the remaining buildings.
Phase 3 will be the completion of the third high-rise building with approximately 250 apartments.
Phase 4 will be the completion of the remaining high-rise and mid-rise buildings on the eastern side of the property.
