We establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, in order to gain their trust and respect. We use information for improvement in our services, always acting with the customer in mind.
  • Cross Functional Team Focus - Our teams create strong morale and spirit by sharing wins and successes, fostering open dialogue and allowing for recognition, ownership and accountability. Our teams produce results that exceed those that the same individuals acting alone could ever possibly achieve, due to their overall commitment to excellence.

  • Future/Growth Oriented - Home Properties is rapidly expanding, and has more than quadrupled in size over the past four years. Some examples include property acquisitions, expanding departments (Information Systems, Human Resources, etc.), newly created jobs and departments (Human Resources, Risk Management, etc.). As displayed in our Employee Hall of Fame, over 200 of our employees have worked for our company in excess of ten years.
